Group Training is still based on the principles of Personal Training but incorporates a small group of clients instead. This still allows the trainer to push you and keep track of your progress/form but the focus now shifts onto the group dynamic; team building exercises, competitive drills, group motivation and a group bond. Although everyone is still focused on their individual goals, the intensity is usually raised due to healthy competition and friendly banter.

Some find this to be a more fun and effective way of training while still benefiting from all that Personal Training has to offer. I like to think of this as the best of both worlds, intimate but social at the same time. It’s guaranteed that you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and with a huge smile on your face. Too much fun!
