Conditioning & Stretching
One of the key ingredients in maintaining a healthy, mobile body and avoiding injuries when training is to stay conditioned and flexible. This one element is of the utmost importance when strengthening the muscles, overloading the joints and working on perfecting repetitive movements. This could be for your regular gym training or more intense sport specific training. Either way, your body will get to its fatigued state and, with the correct conditioning, you will be able to keep improving in strength and endurance rather than acquiring an injury or unnecessary aches and pains.
Conditioning and stretching will be included in all training packages but if you would like to focus solely on this or work on more sport specific conditioning, then I can create a programme specifically for this.
