Stir fried chicken with a peanut butter and soy sauce, tender stem broccoli, asparagus, courgette and mushrooms
Stir fry chicken in garlic and coconut oil.
Combine 3 teaspoons of peanut butter, rajahs mild and spicy curry powder and light soya sauce.
Pour over stir fry and fry till chicken and veggies are covered in sauce and cooked.
Voila. Serve on a bed of Cauliflower rice or plain.
