This recipe is definitely a nice healthy comfort food dish to make. So delicious and clean at the same time!!
Fri Chicken breasts in olive oil/ coconut oil with thyme and garlic.
Preheat oven to 180•
Steam broccoli, Cauliflower and pumpkin until 80% cooked.
Combine 1 tub fat free cottage cheese, plain double thick yoghurt and cheese and chives potato bake mix sachet.
Place chicken, veggies and sauce in an oven proof dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with Bulgar wheat or Cous Cous. Alternatively can eat on its own for a lower carb option.
