Bacon and spinach frittata served with Lemon asparagus

Fry 1 pack bacon.

Beat 8 eggs ( 6 whole and 2 whites only) add 1 tub fat free And beat together.

Pour into oven dish. Add chopped spinach and cooked bacon. Can sprinkle grated slimmers choice cheddar on top. Bake at 180 Dev for 20-30 min.

Partially steam asparagus and then fry in lemon juice and garlic.

Serve with the cooked frittata.
